Short answers

Frequently asked questions

What do I receive after the meeting?

A 1–2 page summary, in Romanian or English, with our observations and recommended next steps. The summary is not an audit report.

What should I prepare?

Nothing is required. If you wish, have the latest balance sheet, the finance team's organisation chart or the group's requirements to hand.

We are already a statutory audit client. Can we request the assessment?

Yes, for topics compatible with auditor independence. If the subject would involve services we cannot provide to a statutory audit client, we tell you at the outset.

Does the assessment commit me to anything?

No. The assessment is free and creates no contractual relationship. Any proposal for services is sent separately, in writing.
